This certification originated from the Perpejulant Institute’s Department of Organizational Development & Change Management research and development team.

This certification is intended for professionals involved in the pursuit of operational excellence. This entails, COO's, CFO's with operational accountability, CIO's, and CPO's, (known as Chief Performance Officers). The certification is focused on providing value in the small to medium-sized business environment.

(SOPA) certification includes 9 hours of personalize coaching from an institute content manager to ensure maximization of tools, utilities, and operating models and 3 hours of technical support.

During COVID-19 all interactives will be conducted virtually via Zoom and by phone.  

Certified (SOPA) operations professionals are required to recertify at the end of their 3 years to maintain their certification status, by having demonstrated via documented report out, their proficiency with (SOPA) tools, utilities, and operating models, relative to positive outcomes within their work environment.
